I plan to be late. Until what time can I check-in?

You can do the check-in 24 hours a day

Is the entrance to the hotel open during the night?

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

What time can I enter the room?

The time of entry to the room is from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and go making the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?

The time of departure from the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option of booking LATE CHECK OUT (until 6pm) at a cost of € 25€ per apartment. (This late check out will always be subject to the availability of the establishment).

Can I bring my pet?

At the Checkin Bungalows Atlántida Complex we accept your pet (dog or cat). The price is 15€/day with a maximum of 8kg. Check "Facilities and services" section of our website where you will find an attached PDF document with all the pet regulations.

If I book half board or full board and on the day of entry I do not arrive in time to make the first dinner, can I replace it with another meal?

If you do not arrive in time for the first dinner, you must notify the hotel well in advance and you can substitute another meal (lunch), if you have half board. There is also the option of requesting in advance that we prepare a cold dinner for you when you arrive at the hotel, by contacting the hotel. Please note that drinks are not included in the price.

What does the Half Board include?

Includes breakfast and other food service, being able to choose lunch or dinner. Please note that drinks are not included in the price.

What does the Full Board include?

Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please note that drinks are not included in the price.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Breakfast hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; lunch is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and the one for dinner is from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Are drinks included in the meals?

Drinks are only included for customers with "all-inclusive" reservations.

I have a food intolerance. Can I eat at the hotel buffet?

Our staff is qualified to offer food suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies. You only have to notify us in the observations of your reservation and / or directly at the hotel.

Does the hotel have parking for guests? It's included?

We do not have private parking, but around the complex there is a large parking area.

Do the apartments have a hairdryer?

No, the apartments do not have a hairdryer. However, you can rent a hair dryer with a 10€ deposit at reception at the time of purchase and which will be returned when it is returned.

What conditions does the all-inclusive have?

To ensure that you have everything you need during your stay, we offer an all-inclusive service, where you will have drinks and a variety of food practically all day long. Download the PDF on here for the conditions of the service.

At what age is the child rate considered?

Up to 11 years is considered a child rate. With 12 years or more it is considered an adult rate.

At what age is considered a baby?

Babies are considered to be those under 2 years of age. They have no additional cost. We suggest contacting the hotel directly to reserve a cot.

How can I request a cot?

Cots are free. They must be requested in advance at the time of booking, you can add it in the comments section or by email.

Is there a pool towel or do I have to bring it?

We only have a Pool Towel service for those clients who reserve a premium apartment.

Do you have a heated pool?

The Checkin Bungalows Atlántida complex has 3 outdoor swimming pools, 2 of which are heated.

Are the pools operational from the opening of the hotel to the closing?

The pool hours are from 10am to 6pm, during which time the pool has a Life Guard.
